Temperature range:-40°C + 90°C (intermittent to +125°C)

Applications:Ideal for delivery different kind of abrasive media,Ideal for delivery different kind of high abrasive media in a wide range of industrial sectors, especially where resistance to umidity is needed.According to FDA and Reg.EU10/2011,ideal solution for delivery liquids, dry and fatty food:  beverages, grains, sugar, coffee beans,cereals, milk powder, pills.

Technical features:

Ether-based Polyurethane reinforced with steel spiral.

Constant wall thickness 1.5mm under the spiral.

Nearly smooth inside to ensure optimization of flow.

High mechanical performances:flexible,very good inbending,excellent resistance to microbes, bacteria proliferation, ageing,hydrolysis,ozone, UV rays, weather conditions, most chemicals.

Halogen free.                     

Phthalates free.

The hose becomes electrically-conductive by grounding thespiral (both ends)
