Colour: Translucent

Temperature range: -40°C + 90°C (intermittent up to +125°C)

Applications: Ideal solution for suction materials with medium dimension and abrasive level in a wide range of industries. Especially recommended in dynamic applications where extreme flexibility is required.

Technical features:

Ester-based Polyurethane reinforced with PU coated high adhesion coppered steel spiral.

Medium wall thickness from 0,4 to 0,75mm.

Axially compressible (5:1) for easy handling and costs saving.

Excellent mechanical properties especially in dynamic applications:highly flexible and soft, small bending radius, resistant to abrasion,UV rays , mineral oils and most chemicals.

Halogens free.

Phthalates free.

The hose becomes electrically-conductive by grounding the spiral(both ends).

Standards: TRB S 2153, RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive, REACH Regulation(1907/2006).
